Jeff is the founder and president of Dixon and Company and has more than 25 years of experience in public affairs with extensive involvement in government & legislative affairs. He has worked in local, state and national politics and maintains a network of friends and contacts at every level. Jeff has successfully managed numerous advocacy campaigns on behalf of trade associations, corporations and organizations on a wide range of issues including agriculture, energy, health care, and travel & tourism.
For five years before forming Dixon and Company, Jeff directed the public affairs department at Patrick Media Group (acquired by Clear Channel), the largest outdoor advertising company in the nation. At Burson-Marsteller, Jeff was director of government and media relations for the Chicago office. A former press secretary for the Illinois Speaker of the House, Jeff also worked on the successful campaigns of Alan J. Dixon and Paul Simon for the U.S. Senate and a host of state legislative campaigns.
Jeff attended the University of Illinois and Eastern Illinois University and received a bachelor's degree in communications and political science.
Tina is a managing partner with Dixon and Company and has 30 years of experience in property management, operations and budgets. She has worked in customer relations in the construction and homebuilding sectors and supervised more than 30 employees. Tina has implemented cost control measures to ensure operations remain within company targets and has maximized bottom-line performance through P&L and staff management. She has excellent rapport with clients, employees and senior executives.
Before joining Dixon and Company, Tina was the vice president and general manager of Baum Property Management in Aurora, Illinois. She managed, mentored and supported a staff of property managers
while overseeing manager portfolios and day to day operations, as well as the RFP process from start to finish with successful results. She oversaw the budget process and ran day to day operations of a portfolio of associations including meeting preparation and implementation, budget oversight, board and resident communications and vendor oversight.
Tina attended Aurora University. She was the president of Big Brothers Big Sisters and served on the Board of Family Counseling Services in Aurora.
